Observe

Welcome to OAA’s new newsletter template.
Our goal as your business partner is to Observe, Advise and draw Attention to things that you may not realize are important to your business. Sometimes, we just don’t know what we don’t know!

Advise

Don’t forget to update your SDS (Safety Data Sheets). OSHA regulations apply to all employers. Even offices are supposed to have Safety Data Sheets readily available to their employees (in a Right to Know Center). Keep SDS on file in case of unintentional exposure to toxins, such as office toner! (Who would have thought an office could be such a dangerous place?)
Did you know OSHA offers an education center with a 30-hour training certification?

Attention

There is a recent Supreme Court ruling in Wisconsin, unless there is a CRIMINAL arrest that directly impacts job responsibilities, you cannot consider this citation information in the hiring process.
Wisconsin Fair Employment Law protects workers from discrimination in the hiring process for all municipal citations. The ruling is clear, be sure the history is for a criminal offense directly related to the occupation.

Our greatest compliment is to be referred to another. Please leave a review for us on Google or email it to us and we’ll post it on our website. Thank you for your trust and partnership.
